Website and contact
IGSOFTAPI is the name of this iGaming technology website. The website team can be reached at contact@igsoftapi.com for questions about information submitted through the site, privacy requests and corrections.
This notice describes the website's actual inquiry and analytics functions. It does not replace any separate privacy terms that may apply to a specific client project or contracted service.
Information we collect
When you send a project inquiry, we receive your name, work email, project type and description. You may also provide a company name, Telegram handle or WhatsApp number. The form records the submission time, language and source page.
To keep the form working and reduce abuse, the server also handles a session identifier, request identifiers, security hashes derived from network information, and technical request details. Web-server logs may record IP addresses and browser information.
Why we use information
We use inquiry details to understand your request, communicate with you and assess whether a proposed technical project can be discussed. Security-related data helps prevent spam, duplicate submissions and misuse.
Where relevant law requires a legal basis, this processing may be connected with steps you request before a potential agreement and our interest in operating a secure inquiry channel. Optional Google Analytics operates only when you choose to allow analytics.
Contact messages and recipients
A submitted inquiry is stored in the website's database. A notification containing the inquiry and relevant technical details may be sent through Telegram to the configured project recipients, so they can follow up. Telegram is a separate service with its own data-handling practices.
Please do not include passwords, payment-card numbers, private API keys or other sensitive production secrets in the contact form. Project-specific exchange of confidential information should use an agreed secure channel.
IP information and security
If enabled in the site configuration, a request may be sent to IPData to obtain a country, telephone calling code or network-risk signals based on the visitor's IP address. This may help with the optional phone-country hint and form security. A temporary technical cache may store results and an expiry time.
The site also uses server-side rate limits and non-reversible request hashes to reduce repeated or automated submissions. Those controls are not used to publish a visitor profile.
Cookies and analytics preferences
The contact form uses a necessary session cookie to maintain form security. Your analytics choice is saved in local storage and a first-party preference cookie so we can remember it across pages.
Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-27LFP2079J) is loaded only after you select ‘Accept analytics’. It may then measure page views and site clicks. Form-field values are not intentionally sent in our custom click events. You may decline without losing access to the website or change your choice using ‘Cookie settings’ in the footer. Google processes analytics information under its own policies.
Retention, hosting and transfers
Inquiry records are kept for as long as reasonably needed to answer the request, manage related correspondence, address security issues or meet applicable record-keeping duties. Retention is assessed by purpose rather than by an unconditional fixed period; you can request review or deletion of an inquiry.
Website hosting and configured services such as Telegram, IPData and Google may process some information on separate systems or in other countries. Access to inquiries is intended for the people handling them, and reasonable technical measures are used to protect the website, although no online transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices, rights and updates
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may request access to, correction of, restriction of or deletion of your information, or object to certain processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent. You may also contact a competent data-protection authority.
For any such request, email contact@igsoftapi.com and provide enough information to identify the relevant correspondence. We may need to verify the request before taking action. We may update this notice as the website or its services change; the update date appears above.
